Privacy and How We Handle Your Files

What we collect
When you request a quote we receive your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, the project details you enter and the files you upload. When a partner registers we receive company and contact details plus capability information. We use Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions.
Who sees your files
We review every request ourselves. To quote and produce your project we share the files needed for that work with the production partners and engineers involved in it, and with no one else. They receive only what the job needs. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.
NDA requests
If you tick the NDA box, we sign an NDA with you before anyone outside our team opens your files, and every partner on the project works under the same terms.
How long we keep files
We keep requests and drawings for 12 months so we can handle follow-up questions and repeat orders. After that we delete them, unless an active order needs them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act on it within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors. They set cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
